Bellux offers worldwide shipping with tracking on every order. Your delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched and you've received a tracking number. Please note the shipping times below are estimated guides only.

  • DHL Express does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery progress online.

Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday–Friday) for your tracking number to be sent via email. It may take 5–10 days for tracking updates to appear on the courier's website after dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking number, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.


Delivery

Most orders will have authority to leave, meaning a signature is not required. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe place. Please check your tracking link for proof of delivery if you're unable to locate your parcel.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. Bellux cannot be held responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, a new shipping fee may be required to resend the product.


Delays & Lost in Transit

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, high-demand periods, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

All items are shipped with insurance and free online tracking. If your order has not arrived within 45 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will issue a full refund. Your delivery is 100% guaranteed.
