To submit your return, please click here.
We want you to love your Bellux purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Our returns portal will guide you through the entire process.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from delivery to lodge your return through our returns portal.
Once your return is submitted, you'll have 14 days to ship it back to us (it just needs to be scanned at the post office — it doesn't need to physically arrive at our warehouse within that time).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- No marks, stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
- In original packaging (where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
- Lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
Return Options
Keep Your Item — Partial Refund
Don't want to ship anything back? You can choose to keep the item and receive a 50% partial refund. This is the quickest option available.
Store Credit
Choose store credit and receive a 10% bonus on top of your credit value. For example, if your order was £30, you'll receive £33 in store credit.

Replacement
Want a different size or style? Choose a replacement and we'll ship your new item. You can keep the original item — a 30% restocking fee applies.

Faulty Items
If you believe you've received a faulty item, please lodge your return as normal through our returns portal, selecting the appropriate reason. You will be asked to provide a description and photos of the issue.
Return Timeline
Here's what to expect once you submit your return:
- Return submitted through our portal
- If shipping back: item in transit → delivered to our warehouse
- Inspected and processed within 1–5 business days
- Store credit, replacement, or refund issued to your email
For "keep your item" options, processing is typically faster as no return shipment is needed.
Return Costs
- When shipping an item back, return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- All store credits are issued in GBP (£)
- Orders placed with any payment method are subject to the same return policy
How to Use Your Store Credit
- Enter your unique code at checkout
- Can be used on any item or towards your total
- You can apply multiple credits at once
- If there is a remaining balance, you can pay using any available payment method
